HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.32089 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that punishment imposed on him is modified by the appellate authority vide proceedings No.PA/19(3)/2015-DY.CME:A, dated 22-12-2015.

But the respondents are not releasing the increments in terms of modified order passed by the appellate authority. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Sri A.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentCorporation says that instead of filing the writ petition, the petitioner could have made a representation in respect of the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner will make necessary application in respect of his grievance in the writ petition.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the competent authority. On such application, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation filed by the petitioner and take action in terms of the proceedings dated 22-12-2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of application from the petitioner. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
