It is the case of the petitioner that his father filed two petitions before the 4th respondent, seeking eviction of the respondents from landed property admeasuring Ac.0-95 cents, Ac.2-70 cents and Ac.5-01 cents respectively covered by R.S.No.293/2, 117/8 and 293/1 of Teegalavancha Revenue village in Chinthalapudi Mandal of West Godavari District, since such lands were originally assigned in favour of his paternal grandfather and such lands were in possession of respondents 5 to 9 in contravention of Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977. The father of petitioner died during pendency of such claims and the petitioner prosecuted them. The 4th respondent allowed the claims and against such orders, appeals were filed before the 3rd respondent by respondents 5 to 9 and the same were dismissed.

Then the respondents 5 to 9 filed revisions before the 2nd respondent and the same were dismissed by common order dated 24-05-2002. Thereafter, the respondents 6 to 10 filed revision petitions 53486 and 55111 of 2002 before the 1st respondent against common order dated 24-05-2002 in D.Dis.E3/6242/99 and D.Dis.E3/6243/99 passed by the 2nd respondent.

Aggrieved by non-disposal of the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of above facts and circumstances, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the revisions, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the affected parties.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 02-09-2016 Nvl
