HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8840 of 2014 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.201 of 2014 on the file of X Special Magistrate, Cyberabad, which was registered against him for the offence under Sections 304A, 181 IPC. 2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 08.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, L.B.Nagaer PS., Rachakonda Commissionerate and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 07.09.2016 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.201 of 2014 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) There is no representation for petitioner.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
