THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.36769 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. J. Sudheer, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.No.34415 of 2018 and batch dated 08.10.2018 and contends that similar order be passed in the present Writ Petition also by setting aside the impugned order, however, granting liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings with reference to the issue involved and the respondents shall follow the due process and give due consideration to the petitioner's case and a reasoned order shall be passed. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has not disputed and contends that this Writ Petition can also be allowed in terms of the order dated 08.10.2018 passed in W.P.No.34415 of 2018 and batch.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
