HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.5766 of 2018 ORDER:

The limited prayer with which the petitioner has come up with the above revision is to direct the trial Court to dispose of an application for injunction.

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. After granting an order of injunction, the disposal of the application for injunction cannot be made to wait perennially. Everyday a party suffers an order of injunction maybe crucial. This is why the Code itself stipulates early disposal of such petitions. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is ordered directing the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.532 of 2017 within a period of five (5) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
