This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.3 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.86 of 2015 on the file of the XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri, Rangareddy District.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 29.10.2018, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject Calendar Case, the petitioner/ A.3 was acquitted. 4.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
