Heard both sides.

There are disputed factual grounds, which the Court cannot allow to enter into, to quash the proceedings, that too, investigation is pending.

Having regard to the above, the Criminal Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to approach afresh in the event of police filing final report and cognizance taken by the concerned Magistrate.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
