The counsel for petitioners has submitted a letter dt.14.11.2018 to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad intending to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
