UMA DEVI C.C.C.A.No. 140 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (Per VRS,J) The parties have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, dated 03.04.2017. In terms of the Memorandum of Understanding, a sum of Rs.51,00,000/- (Rupees fifty one lakhs only) has been paid today, by way of one demand draft for Rs.26,00,000/- (Rupees twenty six lakhs only) and a cheque for Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees twenty five lakhs only). The payment is accepted by Mr. Sai Gangadhar Chamarthy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/plaintiff. In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court.
