The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the land admeasuring Ac.0-53 cents each in Sy.Nos.397/14 to 379/18, totaling Ac.2.65 cents of Madicherla Village, Bapulapadu Mandal, Krishna District having purchased the same through registered sale deed dated 21.12.2012. The petitioner vendors were also issued pass book and title deed in respect of the above said lands. While so, the petitioner made an application through meeseva in form VI-A on 20.08.2015 for grant of pattadar pass book and title deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the subject land. As there was no response, petitioner made another application again on 03.03.2016. But so far no orders have been passed on the same. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court disposed of W.P.No.30018 of 2012 vide order dated 25.09.2012 stating the subject lands does not belong to the Forest Department.
On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner cannot seek a positive direction for grant of pattadar pass book and title deed and it is for the 4th respondent to consider the application of the petitioner and pass orders.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner on 03.03.2016 in accordance with law within a period of
six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing notice to the affected parties, if any. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ___________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 17.01.2017 dv
