The present Criminal Petition is filed, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by the petitioners - accused Nos.1 and 2 to quash the proceedings against them in Calendar Case No.147 of 2018 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tekkali, Srikakulam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 270 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 54 read with 59 of Food Safety Standard Act, 2006.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh submit that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the common order, dated 27.08.2018, passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh, the present Criminal Petition also stands allowed in terms of the said common order.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the present Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
