When the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file appropriate application before the Magistrate and on filing such application, the Magistrate is directed to dispose of the application uninfluenced by the Orders in Crl.M.P.No.2039 of 2018 in C.C.No.197 of 2017 dt. 12.09.2018 passed by XXIV Special Magistrate at Erramanzil, Hyderabad .

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as sought for.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
