Anish, learned counsel, representing Sri Rama Chandra Rao Gurram, learned counsel for the appellants, states that the matter has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order 01.12.2016 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
