This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who are A1 to A3, in Crime No.320 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, Magalagiri Rural Police Station, Mangalagiri Town and Mandal, Guntur District.

The offences alleged are under Sections 354, 323 506 read with Section 34 IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

As per the case of the prosecution, the petitioners 1 and 3, who are A1 and A3, have outraged the modesty of the complainant.

The counsel for the petitioners submits that there are business transactions between the husband of the complainant and A2 and as differences developed between them on financial issues, the present complaint is filed.

The learned Public Prosecutor accepts the said fact but he submits that the statements of the witnesses were recorded in this regard and they stated that petitioners 1 and 3, who are A1 and A3, have outraged the modesty of the victim in this case. 6.

A perusal of the statement of one Koppakula Omkarnadh shows that there has been an altercation between the parties and that they have abused each other in filthy language and one

Murali kicked petitioner No.2 i.e. A2, in the stomach and on that, the first petitioner, A1, caught hold of the hair of the complainant and threw her down. Hence, the manner in which the offence is committed does not find favour with this Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

However, the counsel for the petitioners seeks an order from this court to give a direction to the lower court to dispose of the bail application that will be filed by them. Hence, considering the above, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. The court below shall dispose of the bail application, if any filed, expeditiously, preferably on the same day, subject to the pressure of other work.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
