CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.37076 of 2016 Dt:19.7.2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"... to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare to declare the Award passed by the 1st respondent in OP.No.386 of 2008, dated 01.2.2010 as null and void."

Mr.

Soloman Raju, learned counsel representing Mrs. S.V.Indira, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that they have given up the brief.

As the petitioner failed to make alternative arrangement, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, WPMP.No.45686 of 2016 filed for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
