This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 26.08.2016 passed in I.A.No.598 of 2016 in O.S.No.61 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Kanigiri. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner present. As per the list furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 18.12.2017. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the C.R.P. is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
