After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition giving all the particulars relating to the issuance of the notice dated 18.2.2016 as well as submission of representation/application for regularizing the constructions.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
