HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.11435 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner is a resident of Plot No.54 in Sy.No.4 of Fathullaguda Village, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Her grievance is that respondent No.8, who is her neighbour, is making construction of a building in the adjacent Plot No.53 without obtaining any valid permission from the authorities concerned and in such a manner preventing natural air and light to the petitioner's house and the petitioner is deprived of even ventilation. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she made a representation dated 01.02.2017 to the respondent authorities, no action is being taken on the same. Hence, the present writ petition. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development (Telangana State).

Having heard learned counsel for the respective parties and considering the nature of relief sought for in the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.4 to 7 to examine the grievance of the petitioner and, if it is found that respondent No.8 is making construction in violation of the sanction plan, take appropriate action in accordance with law against such illegal construction. No order as to costs.
