This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 16.12.2011 passed in E.P.No.60 of 2011 in O.S.No.593 of 2004 on the file of the Court of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for both the parties with one voice submitted that the purpose of filing the civil revision petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
