THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Tr.C.M.P. No.90 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.172 of 2016 from the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram, East Godavari District, and transfer the same to the file of the XV Additional District Judge-cum-Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally.

Sri Rajanna, the learned counsel, representing Sri A.Krishnam Raju, the learned counsel for the respondent, submitted that the respondent has no objection for withdrawing of H.M.O.P.No.172 of 2016 from the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram, and transfer the same to the file of the XV Additional District Judge-cum-Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.172 of 2016 is withdrawn from the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram, East Godavari District, and transfer the same to the file of the XV Additional District Judge-cum-Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District

at Kukatpally, for disposal in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
