HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 5 6 7 6 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Kothapet Police Station, Guntur, dated 22.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "At the threshold, it is submitted that the 4th respondent is not interfering with the money disputes, much less between the petitioner and the 5th respondent. It is submitted that the 5th respondent has also not lodged any report against the petitioner herein with the 4th respondent Police Station, as of now.

Hence, the question of 4th respondent Police acting at the instance of the 5th respondent and thereby calling the petitioner to the Police Station and making him sit in the Police Station in order to settle the money dispute between him and the 5th respondent herein does not arise. It is further submitted that the 4th respondent Police are also not interfering with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner herein. The allegation that on 27.09.2018 and 28.09.2018 the petitioner was called to the Police Station and he was directed to settle the money issue with the 5th respondent, is false, baseless and hereby denied. It is submitted that, as stated above, the petitioner was not called to the Police Station till the date and he was not threatened to settle the matter with the 5th respondent.

It is submitted that if the 4th respondent Police Station receives any complaint against the petitioner herein, appropriate action will be taken on the same, in accordance with law."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Kothapet Police Station, Guntur, dated 22.11.2018, with a further dn to the respondent-Police authorities not to interfere with the civil disputes unless the same is permissible in accordance with law.
