CVNR, J & KVL, J WP.No.35561 of 2013 Dt: 09.10.2017 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari and calling for the records relating to and connected with the order dated 04-10-2012 in O.A. No.8409 of 2010 on the file of the Hon'ble Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad and to quash or set-aside the same as erroneous and contrary to law."

The learned Government Pleader for Services (AP) addressed letter, dated 04-10-2017 to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court wherein it is stated that as per the instructions of the Government vide its letter, dated 22-09-2017, they intend to withdraw the Writ Petition.

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader has reiterated the said request.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 09-12-2013, is vacated and WPMP.No.44191 of 2013 is disposed of as infructuous.
