Ramachandra Rao) The counsel for appellant states that his client intends to avail the 'Sabka Vishwas (Legal Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019', and so the appellant may be permitted to withdraw this Appeal with liberty to revive this Appeal in the event there is no settlement reached in the said Scheme.

Therefore, permission is granted to appellant to withdraw the Appeal reserving the right to appellant to revive the Appeal in the event there is no settlement under the said Scheme. 3.

Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
