It is the case of the petitioner that he made application for mutation and issuance of e-pattadar pass books and title deeds on 21.01.2015 in respect of land to an extent of Acs.2.00 in Sy.No.D57, situated at Nakarekallu Village and Mandal, Guntur District and same is pending with the 4th respondent. As no orders are passed, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the application of the petitioner for granting of pattadar pass books and title deeds is pending with the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 21.01.2015, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the affected parties, if any, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
