This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff, challenging the orders, dated 16.07.2012 in C.M.A.No.30 of 2010 on the file the VI Additional District Judge at Siddipet, Medak District, wherein the orders, dated 07.05.2010, passed by the Junior Civil Judge at Gajwel, in I.A.No.109 of 2010 in O.S.No.25 of 2010 granting temporary injunction in his favour restraining the respondents herein/defendants from interfering with his possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule property, are set aside.

Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the record. 3.

The suit is of the year 2010 and the matter pertains to ownership of land to an extent of Ac.0.04 guntas and it is almost five years since the revision is coming up for hearing. Therefore, I deem it appropriate to direct the lower Court to adjudicate the suit on merits, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year. 4.

With this direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed in consequence.
