Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that he has filed appeal on 10-08-2015 before 2nd respondent challenging the order of removal dt.21-01-2014 of 3rd respondent and that 2nd respondent has not passed orders thereon.

Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, states that 2nd respondent will consider and dispose of the appeal within eight weeks from today and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal within eight weeks from today and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
