This appeal is filed by the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, who is the respondent in M.V.O.P. No.335 of 2006, challenging the impugned award dated 10.12.2007 passed in M.V.O.P. No.335 of 2006 by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-V Additional District Judge, Tirupati. 2) At the instance of both the parties, the matter is settled before the Lok-Adalat and an award has been passed. Therefore the appeal is disposed of in terms of settlement arrived at by the parties as mentioned in the award. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
