As there was no representation on 18.09.2015, the matter was directed to be listed next week therefrom under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL". Even today, despite the matter being listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL", there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners either in the morning or in the post lunch session. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
