Heard both sides. With the consent of both parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.1 to 5 in not taking any action on the representations dated 23.06.2017 and 30.06.2017, made by the petitioner against respondent No.6 - college, which is being run without taking any permission from respondent Nos.1 to 5 and contrary to G.O.Ms.No.114, dated 09.08.2000, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioner at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that the said representations may be directed to be dealt with in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submission made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.5 to deal with the representations dated 23.06.2017 and 30.06.2017, made by the petitioner, against respondent No.6-college, which is being run, without any permission, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four to six weeks from the date of

receipt of a copy of the order, after hearing all the concerned including the petitioner and unofficial respondent. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
