Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the
4th respondent, has submitted that Election O.P.No. 88 of 2006 filed by the 4th respondent before the learned Election Tribunal-cumSenior Civil Judge, Tanuku itself was of the year 2006 and the election term got expired by afflux of time, as such, the cause in this writ petition does not survive any longer and the matter has become infructuous.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the 4th respondent and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, interim orders, if any passed, shall stand dissolved.
