Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to typographical error, bail to the satisfaction was wrongly mentioned as Medipally Police Station, Medchal District.

Therefore, he prayed the Court to modify condition No.1 and the sureties may be furnished before the I Additional District and Sessions Judge at Kushaiguda Court.

In the light of the above said submissions, this Court deems it fit to modify condition No.1 to the extent that the petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of

Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge at Kushaiguda Court.

Accordingly, this Interlocutory application is ordered, directing the petitioner to execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge at Kushaiguda Court.
