ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned government pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner states that he is the owner and possessor of the land to an extent of Ac.2-20 cents in Survey No.147/A1 situated at N.Myduuru Revenue Village, Mydukuru Gram Panchayat, Mydukuru Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, which is purchased through a registered sale deed bearing Document No.2612 of 2010. It is further stated that a registered deed of rectification was executed for correction of survey number, which is also registered vide Document No.988 of 2014. Petitioner has submitted an application dated 01.08.2015 in Form-6A for grant of pattadar passbook and title deed along with prescribed fee before the fourth respondent. Questioning the action of the fourth respondent in not considering the application of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Since petitioner states that he has filed application under prescribed proforma under Form 6A, I deem it appropriate to direct the fourth respondent to consider the said application, on its own merits, in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ VILAS V.
