CVNR,J & GSP,J WP.No.35623 of 2018 Dt: 04.10.2018 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas corpus directing respondent No.4 to produce the petitioner's wife viz., Smt.Nazeema Shaik (for short 'the alleged detenue') before the Court.

Respondent No.4 produced the alleged detenue before the Court. She informed the Court that she is living away from the petitioner on her own as she does not intend to live with him at the present. Despite the persuasive efforts made by her own mother, the alleged detenue did not relent and agree to join the company of the petitioner.

As this Court is convinced that the alleged detenue is not in any one's illegal custody, the relief claimed in this Writ Petition cannot be granted.
