The learned counsel for the appellant had filed a letter before the Registry stating that he was instructed by the appellant to withdraw the appeal.

In view of the contents of the said letter and the submissions now made, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
