It is stated by the counsel for petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh) that F.I.R.No.1246 of 2016 has been registered pursuant to the complaint made by petitioner on 28.07.2016.

In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent nos.2 and 3 to conduct investigation as per the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code and file a final report in the competent Court. No order as to costs.
