HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4701 of 2015 ORDER:
In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/A2 seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.66 of 2015 of Chandrayanagutta P.S, Hyderabad City, which was registered against him for the offence under Sections 448, 406 IPC.
2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 21.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Chandrayanagutta P.S, Hyderabad City and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as C.C.No.652 of 2015 on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) There is no representation for petitioner.
