This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to enlarge the petitioner/accused on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.267 of 2016 of Adilabad I-Town Police Station, registered for the offence under section 376 of IPC.
