Subhash Reddy) It is represented by the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 - Bank that pursuant to the e-auction notice, dated 08.06.2015, no auction was conducted inasmuch as only one bidder has participated in the auction and as such, the subject matter of this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if any fresh notice is issued, this order will not preclude the petitioner from taking appropriate steps in accordance with law.
