O R D E R

This contempt case was instituted alleging wilful disobedience to the order dated 16.08.2018 passed in W.P.No.27672 of 2018. By the said order, the Tahsildar, Faruqnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, was directed to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2018 in relation to the issuance of a fresh pattadar pass book-cum-title deed in respect of certain lands. Though a controversy is sought to be raised in the context of whether there was any lapse on the part of the Tahsildar concerned in issuing the pattadar pass book or on the part of the petitioner in taking delivery thereof, this Court is of the opinion that it would suffice, for the purpose of compliance with the order, if the new pattadar pass book is delivered to the petitioner.

The Tahsildar, Faruqnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the respondent herein, is present in person and produced the new pattadar pass book made in the name of the petitioner. The same is handed over in open Court to Ms.B.Tejaswi, learned counsel for the petitioner. In the light of this development, the order dated 16.08.2018 passed in W.P.No.27672 of 2018 stands duly complied with. The contempt case is accordingly closed.
