HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION NO. 5260 OF 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: "to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents herein in not passing any orders on the petitioner's representation vide legal notice dated 26.11.2016 issued to enquire into his entitlement for payment of compensation in respect of his lands situated in an extent of Ac. 5.21 cents in R.S.No. 140, an extent of Ac. 1.20 cents in R.S.No. 140/K and an extent of Ac. 1.74 cents in R.S.No.
AVSS,J W.P.NO. 5260 OF 2017 When the matter is taken up today, learned Government Pleader placed before this Court a letter in Roc.No. Nil/2015 dated 21.2.2017, addressed to the Special Deputy Collector (LA), (FAC) PIPRMC Unit-I, Kovvur. In the said letter, it is stated that on verification of the records available, Unit-I did not acquire any land in Jeelugumilli Village of Jeelugumilli Mandal.
In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed as no cause of action arises to approach this Court. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
