The case of the petitioners is that they are in peaceful possession of land admeasuring 70 sq.yards and 60 sq.yards respectively situated at Bazar area, Bellampally Municipality for the last 20 years and that the 1st petitioner is running a vessels shop in part of his premises and the 2nd petitioner is running a chicken centre. While so, the respondents 2 and 3 visited petitioners' sheds and threatened to demolish them without following due process of law. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. When the matter was listed on 08.09.2015, the matter was adjourned for the instructions of the learned Standing counsel for respondents.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Sri N. Praveen Kumar, learned Standing counsel for respondents 2 and 3 on instructions submits that they would follow due process of law before effecting the demolition of the petitioners' properties. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioners without following due process of law. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
