O R D E R

The petitioner, as per the writ averments, is a sanitation contractor and was awarded sanitation contract vide order in Rc.No.HDS/GHS/2014/2615 dated 28.8.2014 in the 3rd respondent - Gandhi Hospital, Secunderabad, represented by its Superintendent, on nomination basis. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent has not cleared its bills from September, 2016 to March, 2017, for seven months, totaling to Rs.2,76,77,872/- and thereby the petitioner is not in a position to pay the salary to its employees, who are about 250 in number. Aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent in considering the said representation and in making payment of arrears, the present writ petition came to be filed.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health for the respondents. Having regard to the facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.4.2017 for release the bill amounts and take appropriate action in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
