THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29351 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed assailing the action of the respondent authorities in insisting for production of 'No Objection Certificate' from the revenue authorities, for receiving and processing the petitioner's application for grant of building permission in respect of property bearing Municipal No.13-2-267/29, admeasuring 90 square yards, situated at Kishan Bagh, Shivlaal Nagar, Hyderabad. At the hearing, it is agreed by the learned counsel on either side that the issue that arises for consideration in this writ petition is covered by the judgment of this Court in Hyderabad Potteries Private Limited vs. Collector, Hyderabad District[1]. In view of the same, following the aforesaid judgment, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to receive and process the application of the petitioner for grant of building permission in accordance with law, without insisting for production of 'No Objection Certificate' from the revenue authorities. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
