THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1797 OF 2017 ORDER:

In view of the resolution passed by the respondent on 28.12.2017 reinstating the petitioner and treating the period of suspension as suspension and the period from the date of termination to the date of reinstatement, as loss of pay.

In view of the same, no further orders are required. The contempt case is accordingly closed.
