This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to relax the condition i.e., "the petitioner shall appear before the Investigation Officer every day in between 10.00 AM to 12.00 noon until further orders" imposed in the order dated 22-09-2015 in Crl.M.P.No.2926 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad and also confirmed in the order dated 02-11-2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1381 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition i.e., "the petitioner shall appear before the Investigation Officer every day in between 10.00 AM to 12.00 noon until further orders" is modified and the petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the Investigation Officer monthly once i.e., on every first Monday of the month between 10.00 AM and 12.00 noon until further orders.
