HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35796 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not considering the written representation dated 24.09.2018, seeking to conduct survey and fix the boundaries, as illegal and arbitrary. 3) The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents are not conducting survey and fixing the boundaries, inspite of submitting written representation on 24.09.2018. 4) Since the petitioners made a written representation seeking survey, which is contrary to the procedure contemplated under law, their request cannot be considered. However, the petitioners, if so advised, shall make F-Line application seeking survey of the land in dispute, enclosing necessary documents, evidencing their right, title and possession of the property in dispute, in which event, the authorities concerned shall deal with the same, in accordance with law, based on the circulars issued by the

Government from time to time, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the said application.

5) With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
