This criminal petition is filed under Sections 480 & 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') by the petitioner/accused seeking enlargement on bail in Crime No.2211 of 2025 of Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 69 of the BNS.

The brief facts of the case are that, on 16.11.2025, the de-facto complainant lodged a report before the police stating that the petitioner herein is in acquaintance with her and in the month of March, 2023, they became friends and thereafter, the petitioner promised her for marriage and his parents also agreed for the same and demanded Rs.20 lakhs of gold ornaments for marriage and under the pretext of marriage, he physically exploited her and the entire business advances and other profits of her business were transferred into their personal bank accounts and has not given any profit of the business to her. Hence, she requested for necessary action. Basing on the said complaint, the police registered a case for the above said offences.

Heard Sri V. T. Kalyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D. Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent of the said allegations and he is falsely implicated in this case and only to settle the business transactions, a falsely case is registered under Section 69 of the BNS and there is no such settlement between the parties,
in fact, the de-facto complainant two times had break up with the petitioner and also the business relations, as such, the same is not attracted to the present case and he is in jail from 19.11.2025 and the police custody petition was also filed before the investigating authority and the same was allowed and the petitioner was produced before the concerned Court and prayed the Court to grant bail to the petitioner by allowing this criminal petition.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner stating that the alleged offences are serious in nature, therefore, he is not entitled for the bail and prayed to dismiss this petition.

Having regard to the submissions made by both the learned counsel and the material on record, the petitioner herein is in jail from 19.11.2025 and as seen from the record, the allegation against the petitioner is that he and de-facto complainant are in relationship from the last three years and the prayer in the complaint shows that there are financial disputes between the parties. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the statement of the de-
facto complainant and the period of incarceration of petitioner in jail, this Court deems it fit to grant bail to the petitioner/accused subject to the following conditions: i.
The petitioner/accused shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of learned XIII Judicial First Class Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Rajendranagar.
ii.
The petitioner/accused shall appear before the concerned SHO at 11:00 a.m., on every Wednesday for a period of eight (8) weeks, for the purpose of investigation and thereafter, as and when required.
iii.
The petitioner/accused shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 483(2) of BNSS. 7.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
