O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of the respondent - Corporation in not considering the case of the petitioner, who is working as conductor, for promotion to the post of ADC/ Controller as per the seniority list issued by the 1st respondent vide proceedings No.E2/ 255(10)/ 2011 (T) dated 21.04.2011, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri A.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Corporation submits that as and when the case of the petitioner comes up for consideration for promotion, the respondents would consider his case in accordance with the Regulations of the Corporation. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents / competent authority, to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of ADC/ Controller as and when he comes up within the zone of consideration and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
