HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.29103 of 2017 ORDER:

Questioning the action of respondent No.3, in not registering the complaint made by the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (AP) would place before this Court a copy of the First Information Report from which it is clear that FIR No.272 of 2017 was registered on 05.09.2017 on the file of Guntur Urban Police Station, Guntur District for offences under Sections 447, 427, 379, 506 read with 34 IPC.

Since the complaint has now been registered, respondent No.3 shall cause investigation forthwith, and file a report under Section 173(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code at the earliest.
