This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the in action of the Respondents for not initiating any action for acquisition of Laoani Patta lands as contemplated under AP ROR Act, in respect of Sy.No. 90/106, admeasuring Ac. 4-00 Gts, situated Panjaguda Village, Kandukur Mandal, R.R. District, pending disposal of the writ petition."

Heard Mr.Mohammed Shakeel, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TS) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has submitted a representation on 06-09-2016 for redressal of his grievance, but till date, no action has been taken thereon by respondent No.2. The learned Counsel requested that respondent No.2 may be directed to take appropriate decision on the said representation within a fixed period.

AVSS, J W.P.No.1560 of 2017 Dt: 08.03.2017 Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and with the direction to respondent No.2 to pass appropriate order on the petitioner's representation, dated 06-09-2016, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.1785 of 2017, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
